As a tour operator, MountainGaze has certain terms and conditions that apply to the Kailash Tour by Heli. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking:
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at least 60 days before the start of the tour. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 60 days before the start of the tour: loss of deposit
30-60 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
Less than 30 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
Itinerary: The tour itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or any other factors that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary without prior notice.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected events. We reserve the right to ask for proof of insurance before the start of the tour.
Health and Fitness: The Kailash Tour by Heli involves high altitudes and trekking, and it is essential to be physically fit and healthy. Guests must provide a medical certificate or undergo a health check-up before embarking on the journey.
Accommodation and Food: We will arrange accommodation and meals during the tour. However, the quality of accommodation and food may vary depending on the location and other factors. We will make every effort to provide the best possible accommodation and meals.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the tour. Guests participate in the tour at their own risk and must sign a waiver before the start of the tour.
Disputes: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the tour shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Nepal and the courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
